61st Annual Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo
The Florida–Alabama Outdoor Hospitality Convention & Expo is the region’s must-attend gathering for RV park, campground and glamping professionals. For three full days, owners and operators come together with industry suppliers and partners for expert-led education, hands-on training, and the kind of networking that pays off all year.
Three full days, roughly 100 suppliers, every meal and event included. From $395 for members before January 15.
Three full days built for people who run, grow, and support outdoor hospitality businesses. Expect practical education, valuable peer connections, and direct access to roughly 100 suppliers and industry partners.
Attendee registration is open now, from $395 for members. Exhibitor and sponsor registration follows shortly.
$225 a night with the resort fee waived. The block closes 04/19/2027, or sooner if it sells out.
Stay where the convention happens. The Sawgrass Marriott puts the sessions, Expo, networking, restaurants, and after-hours conversations all in one place.
The group rate is $225 a night and the $25 daily resort fee is waived. Reservations close 04/19/2027, or sooner if the block sells out — it did in 2026.
Keynotes, education, Expo hours, networking, and awards. The preliminary agenda is up now.
Build your convention around what matters most to your business. The 2027 program will include keynotes, practical education, Expo hours, networking events, industry awards, and plenty of time to connect.
The preliminary agenda is published below. Speakers, rooms, and exact times follow with the full program in early 2027.
Put your brand in front of park owners and buyers before, during, and after the convention.
Go beyond having a booth. Sponsorship puts your brand in front of park owners, operators, developers, and decision-makers before, during, and after the convention.
Opportunities range from premium event visibility and stage time to app exposure, dedicated emails, signage, and high-traffic branding. Top opportunities can move before the full packet is released.
Whether you run a park, are building one, or sell to them, the 2027 Convention & Expo is designed around the questions, decisions, and opportunities that matter most to your part of the industry. Choose the path that fits you best.
Operations, occupancy, staffing, rates, revenue, utilities, insurance, technology, and the day-to-day decisions that keep your property moving forward.
See owner & operator content →From feasibility and financing to design, entitlements, construction, and valuation, connect with the people and information that can help move your project forward.
Explore developer content →Meet the owners, operators, and developers looking for the products, services, technology, and partners they’ll invest in next.
Exhibit & sponsor →The 2027 convention heads to the Atlantic. Ponte Vedra Beach sits on the ocean between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, on the stretch of northeast Florida they call the First Coast — a true northeast Florida gem, and a place most people drive past on the way somewhere else and then wish they’d stopped.
Less than thirty minutes north: Jacksonville, its airport and its beaches. Less than thirty minutes south: St. Augustine, the oldest city in America. It’s the kind of place people build a few extra days around — and plenty will.
For that week the Sawgrass Marriott is ours. We are the only conference at the hotel — we take over the restaurants, the lounges and the lawns. Intimate yet expansive: big enough to hold us, small enough that it feels like our own. No getting lost, no fifteen-minute walk between a session and the expo floor, and the person you met at breakfast is still around at nine o’clock at night.
Everything happens here.
Sessions, Expo, meals, and networking, all in one place.
Sessions, the Expo, networking, meals, and after-hours conversations are all centered at the Sawgrass Marriott, making it easy to stay connected without spending half the day moving between venues.
More than a hotel room.
Rooms, suites, and lakeside villas, plus pools, dining, and golf.
Choose from guest rooms, suites, and lakeside villas, then step outside to pools, restaurants, lounges, golf, spa experiences, and plenty of places to keep the conversation going after the program ends.
Fly into JAX and you’re almost there.
About 34 miles from Jacksonville International.
Jacksonville International Airport is about 34 miles away, with straightforward access to Ponte Vedra Beach and plenty of transportation options for individuals, teams, and exhibitors.

Bring the family, bring your clubs, and make a trip of it. Sawgrass offers four heated pools, beach club access, dining, golf, pickleball, spa experiences, trails, lakes, and spacious rooms and villas—all just minutes from the Atlantic.
Sixty-five Audubon-rated acres of oak canopy, lagoons and fairways, minutes from the Atlantic — and all of it just came through a multi-million dollar renovation that touched every corner of the property. Modern yet authentic, and by any measure one of the Southeast’s premier destinations: a retreat, an oasis, and for three full days it’s yours.
Spend the afternoon at one of four heated pools, or take the complimentary shuttle to the Cabana Beach Club — a private oceanfront club with cabanas, fire pits and an Olympic-sized pool sitting on 26 miles of open beach. Come evening there are seven restaurants and lounges on site, from farm-to-table at Vernon’s First Coast Kitchen to Alice & Pete’s Pub and a rooftop bar with the best view of the water for miles.
Golfers already know what’s next door. TPC Sawgrass — the Stadium Course, home of THE PLAYERS Championship — with preferred tee times for our group and lessons with a pro if you want one. Golf not your thing? There’s a replica of the famous 17th island green as a putting green, mini golf, tennis and pickleball, bicycle rentals, corn hole and acres of pristine trails and lakes, plus a 25,000 sq ft Island Spa with 19 treatment rooms and hydrotherapy tubs.
Stay in a suite, or take one of the lakeside one-bedroom villas — kitchenette, patio or balcony, room to spread out, and pet-friendly if the dog comes along. Bring whoever you’d bring on vacation. They’ll thank you for it.
Tuesday is the running start — badge pickup, the board meeting, and an optional evening out. The program itself runs Wednesday through Friday.

This is the preliminary agenda and it will change. Session titles, speakers, rooms and exact times land with the full program in early 2027.
Full registration covers every convention meal, the education sessions, group discussions, the evening events and the Supplier Expo. Rates go up after January 15, 2027.
$395per member
$595per non-member
Everything included: all planned meals and events, educational seminars, group discussions and the Supplier Expo and trade show.
$445per member
$645per non-member
Same access, $50 more a head. Registering before the January deadline is the cheapest way in.
Not a member yet? You can join the association, or register at the non-member rate. RV parks in other states are welcome to attend and can join as an Allied Member for $195 a year — which more than pays for itself against the non-member rate.
The convention is more than education and exhibits. Use the app to stay organized, join the auction, recognize standout people in the industry, and bring more of your team so you can cover more ground while you’re here.
Keep the convention in your pocket. The app brings together the agenda, exhibitor and sponsor information, speaker details, maps, and important event updates so you can spend less time searching and more time connecting.
Bid from your phone on donated items, packages, and experiences throughout the convention. It’s an easy way to have a little fun while supporting the association’s work on behalf of RV parks and campgrounds across Florida and Alabama.
Know a park professional, team member, or supplier who deserves recognition? The Industry Awards give members a chance to spotlight the people and companies making a difference in outdoor hospitality.
There is too much happening for one person to catch it all. Bring a manager, team member, or business partner and split up across education sessions, the Expo, and networking opportunities—then compare notes and take more ideas home.
“We always leave with ideas we can put to work right away.”
The expo floor during show hours
The 2027 Expo puts your company in the room with the people who make buying decisions for RV parks, campgrounds, resorts, and outdoor hospitality properties across Florida, Alabama, and beyond. These are owners, operators, developers, and managers looking for the next product, service, technology, or partner that can help them improve their business.
That is why exhibit space matters—and why the best opportunities do not sit open for long. Indoor booths, premium locations, and outdoor display space are limited, and companies that move early have the strongest selection when registration opens. If your customers are park operators, this is where you want to be.
Exhibitor registration opens soon. Get on the priority list now so you can move quickly when booth selection begins.
Ask about exhibit spacePut your brand in front of park owners, operators, developers, and decision-makers ready to invest.
