05/11/2027 – 05/14/2027 · Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida

Three full days on Florida’s First Coast

The 2027 convention heads to the Atlantic. Ponte Vedra Beach sits on the ocean between Jacksonville and St. Augustine, on the stretch of northeast Florida they call the First Coast — a true northeast Florida gem, and a place most people drive past on the way somewhere else and then wish they’d stopped.

Less than thirty minutes north: Jacksonville, its airport and its beaches. Less than thirty minutes south: St. Augustine, the oldest city in America. It’s the kind of place people build a few extra days around — and plenty will.

For that week the Sawgrass Marriott is ours. We are the only conference at the hotel — we take over the restaurants, the lounges and the lawns. Intimate yet expansive: big enough to hold us, small enough that it feels like our own. No getting lost, no fifteen-minute walk between a session and the expo floor, and the person you met at breakfast is still around at nine o’clock at night.

  • At Sawgrass

    Everything happens here.

Sessions, Expo, meals, and networking, all in one place.

Sessions, the Expo, networking, meals, and after-hours conversations are all centered at the Sawgrass Marriott, making it easy to stay connected without spending half the day moving between venues.

  • Stay onsite

    More than a hotel room.

Rooms, suites, and lakeside villas, plus pools, dining, and golf.

Choose from guest rooms, suites, and lakeside villas, then step outside to pools, restaurants, lounges, golf, spa experiences, and plenty of places to keep the conversation going after the program ends.

  • Easy to reach

Fly into JAX and you’re almost there.

About 34 miles from Jacksonville International.

Jacksonville International Airport is about 34 miles away, with straightforward access to Ponte Vedra Beach and plenty of transportation options for individuals, teams, and exhibitors.

  • Book early

After hours

Bring your family. Bring your spouse. Bring your clubs.

Bring the family, bring your clubs, and make a trip of it. Sawgrass offers four heated pools, beach club access, dining, golf, pickleball, spa experiences, trails, lakes, and spacious rooms and villas—all just minutes from the Atlantic.

Sixty-five Audubon-rated acres of oak canopy, lagoons and fairways, minutes from the Atlantic — and all of it just came through a multi-million dollar renovation that touched every corner of the property. Modern yet authentic, and by any measure one of the Southeast’s premier destinations: a retreat, an oasis, and for three full days it’s yours.

Spend the afternoon at one of four heated pools, or take the complimentary shuttle to the Cabana Beach Club — a private oceanfront club with cabanas, fire pits and an Olympic-sized pool sitting on 26 miles of open beach. Come evening there are seven restaurants and lounges on site, from farm-to-table at Vernon’s First Coast Kitchen to Alice & Pete’s Pub and a rooftop bar with the best view of the water for miles.

Golfers already know what’s next door. TPC Sawgrass — the Stadium Course, home of THE PLAYERS Championship — with preferred tee times for our group and lessons with a pro if you want one. Golf not your thing? There’s a replica of the famous 17th island green as a putting green, mini golf, tennis and pickleball, bicycle rentals, corn hole and acres of pristine trails and lakes, plus a 25,000 sq ft Island Spa with 19 treatment rooms and hydrotherapy tubs.

Stay in a suite, or take one of the lakeside one-bedroom villas — kitchenette, patio or balcony, room to spread out, and pet-friendly if the dog comes along. Bring whoever you’d bring on vacation. They’ll thank you for it.

Where Park Buyers Come Ready to Do Business

The 2027 Expo puts your company in the room with the people who make buying decisions for RV parks, campgrounds, resorts, and outdoor hospitality properties across Florida, Alabama, and beyond. These are owners, operators, developers, and managers looking for the next product, service, technology, or partner that can help them improve their business.

That is why exhibit space matters—and why the best opportunities do not sit open for long. Indoor booths, premium locations, and outdoor display space are limited, and companies that move early have the strongest selection when registration opens. If your customers are park operators, this is where you want to be.

Exhibitor registration opens soon. Get on the priority list now so you can move quickly when booth selection begins.
